All Purpose, Pan Fandom, Three Weeks for Dreamwidth Anon Kink Meme!!

For three_weeks_for_dw Random Fic Is Random is hosting a Pan Fandom Kink Meme.

How this works:

1. People post comments made up of a prompt that looks like this "Fandom(s), characters, kink." You may be as detailed as you like with your prompt, but one prompt per comment please.

2. People go through the comments, find a prompt that inspires them, create a fic for it and post the fanwork anonymously as a reply to the comment. Your fic can be longer than one comment, although that's not as big an issue here on DW as it is...other places. You may post the fic under your own name elsewhere after the three weeks are up.

3. ????

4. ~~Profit!~~ Kink Fic ensues!

For this fest, we're going with a pretty broad definition of kink, so if your kink is cuddling, that's just as valid as golden showers. We're also going with a broad definition of fandom, so we include all kinds of fictional fandoms as well as any type of RPF you want to request. Crossovers are perfectly okay.

So, you've read the Rules and you want to put up a request. Here's where you do it! I'll even make it easy by reposting the information about how to make a request.

How do I format my requests?

You must include 1) how much you're offering, 2) what you want with as much detail as you feel necessary, and 3) how to contact you. It doesn't have to be in that order, but you need all three elements. You should provide as much detail as you like in your request, but it's understood that the Creator can PM or email you with any questions they have.

Please frame your offer in terms of DW points. (1 DW point = US$0.10, so if you offer 10 points, you're offering $1. Please keep in mind that you can only buy DW points in groups of 30 or more, so we're asking you to start your bids at 30 points/US$3.00 -- however, you're welcome to combine your winning bids, so that if you win seven fanworks worth 50 points each, you can donate 350 points total to a single account (that's a year's worth of paid time!), or to many accounts. (See below on how donating works!)

One request per comment, please.

As you may, or may not, know, Dreamwidth is trying to raise money in April. Various comms are doing fund raising activities and this is ours. Please feel free to pimp it all over the place!

What's this all about, then?

It's simple. Instead of an auction where a person puts up a certain type of fanwork and people bid on it, Random Fanwork Alchemy turns it around. In this fundraiser, the person making the donation posts a request for a fanwork and says how much they'll donate if their request is answered. Writers, artists, vidders and other fanwork creators then browse the requests until they find a prompt that inspires them.

Random Fic is going to be doing a DW fundraiser and I'd love it if one of you could do up a banner for us. I'm just looking for something smallish that people can post and link back to the comm. PM me for details if you're interested.

As for the fundraiser itself...more coming soon. :)
